

Fans of the High on Life franchise got some very good news today, as the trailer for High on Life 2 was revealed at the Xbox Games Showcase. Produced and developed by Squanch Games, High on Life 2 is set to be released this winter, though a specific date or month was not announced. The system that High on Life 2 will be available on are the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox PC, Xbox Cloud, Steam, the Epic Store, and PlayStation 5. The game appears to follow a similar style to the first game based on the trailer, which was a sci-fi, comedic, action filled game that received many positive reviews on Steam.

The comedic aspect of the next game could be seen right away in the trailer, with two aliens seeming to do a parody of a medication commercial, which was followed by lots of in-game footage showing tons of action/fighting. In a reference to the style of gameplay that will be displayed on this next installment in the High on Life franchise, Xbox Game Pass posted this on X(formerly known as Twitter):
