A new game titled Clockwork Revolution was revealed at the Xbox Games Showcase today. The game, which was developed by inXile Entertainment, and published by Xbox Game Studios does not currently have an official release date, even with the release of a trailer. Clockwork Revolution also may potentially be an Xbox and PC exclusive release, with no mention of a PlayStation 5 release on the game’s X(formerly known as Twitter) page. Regarding what the plot and atmosphere of the game will look like, Xbox Game Studios said:
Embark on a grand adventure in the steampunk metropolis of Avalon, wielding an incredible invention that allows you to travel into the past and influence key events, altering the course of history.
The glitterin’ streets of Avalon sure do shine… because they sweep their filth down to the Tangle. ‘Round here it’s all sharp edges, empty pockets, and blood on the cobbles. pic.twitter.com/2zZEr41MGF

This will be a steampunk, first-person, RNG style game, and this was displayed in the trailer. Some of the gameplay in the trailer seems to suggest that the story will have a good amount of option-based story-telling, with players getting to choose how they respond to certain situations. This, along with other aspects of the game has fans very excited on social media for its future release. Here is what some people said on X:
Looks fun, hope it is not a 100 hour grind searching for tiny screws to craft my steampunk weapon

Been waiting ages to hear more about Clockwork Revolution and this game has proper Dishonored meets vibes
Combining time travel with RPG mechanics where you can change EVERYTHING is a genius concept if executed right
Wish it had a release date but we will be there! pic.twitter.com/FKRVXyeCRQ
