A brand, new trailer for Fable from Playground Games was released at the Xbox Games Showcase. Following last year’s trailer which asked “what does it mean to be a hero?” This year’s trailer provides a different perspective. The end also revealed that Fable is set to launch sometime in 2025.
The trailer focuses on Humphrey who was once Albion’s greatest hero, but the glory days are long gone. As such, he decided to train someone else but as the trailer detailed, that didn’t go the way that Humphry wanted.
So, alongside the new hero, Humphry will be forced to come out of retirement when a mysterious figure from his past theartens the very existence of Albian.
Playground Games also confirmed that they are collaborating with Eidos Montreal, who will be supporting the ongoing development of the game.
