Xbox Game Pass Ultimate already has the added perks of free games and Xbox Live, but now the Microsoft team is including Disney Plus into the mix once again. Ultimate members will be given a 30-day free trial to Disney Plus via the Game Pass Perks System as long as members don’t already have a Disney Plus subscription. The perk is available to Game Pass Ultimate members via Xbox consoles and PC.
In an official Xbox blog post, Adam Harris, product marketing manager said, the swarm of positive responses from members about the last time the Disney Plus trial was added as a perk was “fantastic.” When the perk ended in January “fans asked for more and we listened,” said the blog post.
The latest offer started June 8 and gives Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members a chance to watch their favorite Disney classics, original shows, and dive into the Marvel Universe. With hits like Wandavision, The Mandalorian, The Falcon And The Winter Soldier, and Loki gamers will get the opportunity to binge-watch the best Disney Plus has to offer.
Back in November of 2020 when Disney Plus was first added as a perk to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, it was advertised using characters from The Mandalorian to entice users about the hit-shows second season. Now with Disney Plus’ Loki series coming out today, Xbox is once again advertising the 30-day free trial with a highly anticipated original Disney series, making it the perfect timing for the team to collaborate once again.
