Xbox Creates Custom “Bluey” Xbox Series X

Xbox has been having a fun time creating custom consoles lately. Just earlier this week, they announced an edible chocolate Xbox controller and chocolate bar Xbox Series X console in collaboration with the upcoming “Wonka” film. Now, they’ve turned the titular character in the children’s cartoon “Bluey” into an Xbox Series X and matching controller as well.

“Bluey” is an incredibly popular Australian animated program aimed at younger children. The series features Bluey, an anthropomorphic Blue Heeler, her sister Bingo and their parents Bandit and Chilli. The show follows Bluey’s adventures as she navigates life, makes friends and learns lessons from adults around her on how to be a good person, well, a good dog. It’s easy to get attracted to the heartwarming themes in the series, so it’s no surprise that Bluey gained an adult fan base outside of the preschoolers it was intended for.

Bluey’s latest adventure has taken her to the video game realm as her friends and family are featured in the new Bluey: The Videogame. To celebrate, Xbox announced yet another sweepstakes to win the custom console that looks identical to Bluey, and a custom Xbox controller with Bluey’s color scheme that features her and Bingo dancing.

As these items won’t be sold retail, the only possible way to get this one-of-a-kind prize set is to win the sweepstakes. Starting today, November 17, 2023 Bluey fans can go to the official Xbox X/Twitter account to enter it. By following the account and reposting the official sweepstakes post, individuals will be entered to win the prizes. The sweepstakes run from November 17, 2023, to December 13, 2023. Further information can be found on the official Xbox website. The sweepstakes is only for individuals aged 18+, so hopefully no preschooler attempts to enter.

Bluey: The Videogame is available now on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC.
