In the first trailer Injustice 2 introduced some new characters and then at comic-con more characters were released to the roster. With all these new additions, the director of the game Ed Boon is saying he is not done adding in new characters. So he went to the community and asked the fans what version of the Red Hood they would like to see in the game. So fans are given the choice to either have the Joker version or the Jason Todd one.
The Joker was in the first one, but Jason Todd was not so would be nice to see a new character, but would be interesting to see a Red Hood Joker face off against the actual Joker. It would be awesome to watch either version of Red Hood fight the Joker as he created the Jason Todd Red Hood and the Joker Red Hood is the Joker before he went crazy. The intro to each of those battles could have an awesome little intro taunt. You can make your vote in the tweet made by Ed Boon.
Red Hood is a great character in the DC universe. It is awesome to see that he will be in the next Injustice game and will be cool to see what other characters they have in store for the game. Injustice 2 is expected to come out in 2017 for Xbox One and PS4, and a PC port is in the talks but is not confirmed yet. Leading up to the release, a comic book series will be made and released weekly. This series will serve as a prequel to the story of the game.
