A new video promoting the Playstation 4 included downloadable content for Watch Dogs and Assassin’s Creed 4 in its list of console exclusives.
Ubisoft, the publisher for Watch Dogs and Assassin’s Creed, has made deals with Sony in the past for exclusive content, though this is the first time they have rolled out a timed exclusive on DLC.
It was announced previously that Assassin’s Creed 4 would have a few exclusive missions (about an hour of content) on Playstation that lets players play as Assassin’s Creed: Liberation star Aveline de Grandpré; fitting since Liberation was a Playstation Vita title.
Watch Dogs is getting a similar treatment with its own exclusive hour of content on Playstation, though what that entails is much more vague. Ubisoft has only mentioned that it will be “centered on a faction fighting for freedom in the digital age.”
