Back in late September of 2019, Warner Bros. Montreal released a Tweet hinting at a new Batman project. Just this morning, the company released a series of social media posts on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram showing three different parts of a logo that could be for the next Batman game. The tweet reads “Cape sur la nuit/ Capture the Knight” which appears to be a reference to the Dark Knight himself.

The logo is divided into three parts with each part most likely representing something. The Twitter account @Arkham Videos united the logos giving viewers a full picture. The picture when united has several symbols that could be important, such as the eagle, the scales of justice, and the talons. The talons in the image could be a reference to the Talons of the Court of Owls, a secret society of Gotham elites who control the city from the underbelly and kidnap children to train them as agents known as Talons. This can be supported by a post back in September by Batman: Gates Of Gotham writer Scott Snyder who Tweeted: “Wait for it… #Bewarethecourtofowls” which was then promptly removed. The scales could also be a reference to the Court Of Owls, however, none of this has been confirmed.

According to IGN, the logo also has the shape of a city which could be Gotham, as well as a crown. The eagle at the top of the logo doesn’t match up with Scott Snyder’s previous tease and no new information is available at this time, however, it is likely that more information will be revealed at a later date.
