Warcraft III Reforged Announced at BlizzCon 2018

Ask and ye shall receive, and Blizzard did more than listen to their fans on this one. During the Opening Ceremony, Game Developer Pete Stillwell revealed to the world the remaster of the all time RTS classic, now called Warcraft III Reforged. With brand new art designs, along with the 62 campaign missions that detail the Fall of Arthas Menethil, this rework looks to be one of the best since the StarCraft Remaster from the previous year.

In addition, the game will have full support from Battle.net, and will support 4k gaming for those who are able to use it. The game will also bring back the World Editor tool, which eventually led to the MOBA genre becoming popular. BlizzCon attendees will be able to play a demo, titled “The Culling of Strathholme”, which begins Arthas’ descent into darkness. Fans can pre order the game right now as well as a special edition, the Spoils of War Edition, which comes packed with extra content for other Blizzard series.
