Nacon hosted a connect earlier today, July 6, that included a new trailer release and information for the upcoming thriller game Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong. While originally aiming for sometime this year, it was announced that the release of Swansong will be delayed until February of 2022. Unfortunately, this is not the only Vampire: The Masquerade game that has been delayed out of 2021- Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 experienced some development issues in 2019 and 2020 that led to an indefinite delay as opposed to the original release date which was set in 2021.
Power, wealth, immortality, Galeb has had it all. He’s one of the oldest and most feared vampires in Boston. And yet, he’s grasping for something that’s lost. Or perhaps it was never there to begin with.@VampireSwansong is coming to PC & Consoles in 2022! pic.twitter.com/oitHEDzlli

The Namcon Connect 2021 featured many of their games, including Rugby the Game, Ad Infinitum, Roguebook, and of course, Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong. The big ticket Vampire: The Masquerade item during the connect was the release of a brand-new trailer. It showed off one of three main playable characters, Galeb, one of the oldest vampires, and showed off some of his skills and panache. “I am eternal, you are not,” is just one of many of his boasts that plays alongside some cinematics and beta gameplay footage. The game will follow him and 2 other unnamed protagonists as they struggle to protect themselves and the Boston Camarilla, and Nacom has stated that the consequences of their actions will heavily affect the gameplay throughout. Not a lot of additional information has been released, but Nacon promises Swansong to be available for PC and consoles sometime in early 2022.
