Unused Bloodborne Bosses Found In Game Files

In accordance with various games, the developers of Bloodborne worked on many boss models, enemy types, and items which did not make it into the final product. This cut content was recently found within Bloodborne’s game files through a collective effort from fans uncovering the content by data mining. These findings allow players to experience these cut enemies within their incomplete state.

Twitter user Zullie the Witch provided players with glyph codes, which are in-game codes for shared Chalice Dungeons, that house two bosses: a variation of Moon Presence (with glpyh: sikgc3sm), and a prototype named The Great One Beast (with glyph: arkhv2vs). The bosses provide signs that they are clearly unfinished, with rigid animations and intermittences that don’t equate to the swiftness other in-game bosses share.

The glyphs which house these unfinished bosses are hazardous in and of themselves, with Zullie the Witch warning of the possibility of players getting stuck, as they did.

Another Bloodborne data miner, and Youtuber, Sanadsk, has uncovered various different unused weapons, NPCs, and dialogues which were scrapped from the games’ final product. He details what they are, how they look, and the manner in which players can find them on their own. He closes by stating that there is possibly more unused content waiting to be found, and hopes to unravel the rest.

In the midst of the madness, the Bloodborne Complete Edition Bundle is currently on sale for 50% off, with $17.49 price point. There may not be a more exciting time than now to unravel all the mystique the game has to offer.
