Probably by now everyone in the gaming world has heard about Naughty Dog’s most recent game, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. Within its first week of being released the game sold a record 2.7 million copies. The game sales in North America alone has made it the “fastest-selling PlayStation 4 first party title to-date.” These numbers include the sales made on May 16th, the day before the official release of the game.
The game has been heavily anticipated since the teaser trailer was released at E3 a couple years ago. From all of the positive reviews from both critics and players alike, it seems that Naughty Dog has not disappointed. It was apparent that from the graphics of the gameplay trailers and the teaser trailers that Naughty Dog was going to give this game their all as a good bye to the great treasure hunter, Nathan Drake.
Although it is sad to say goodbye to such a great story and character, it is good to know it is ending with such a masterpiece in both story telling and the graphics to back it up. With a long story and countless treasures to find, the gamers will be entertained for a long time especially since there are many different ways to approach one situation rather than one direct path to go about the game. Every battle sequence has many options that you could go about doing, such as avoiding any confrontation or running in guns blazing. If you have not yet purchased this game yet, it is worth its $60 price tag, so go out and purchase this legendary game.
