The Unbound: Worlds Apart Kickstarter project has reached the end of a quite successful campaign today. The studio behind the project, Alien Pixel Studios, recently posted an update to the game’s official Twitter page to announce the news.
The Unbound: Worlds Apart Kickstarter page, which began about month ago, actually reached its pledge goal of 25K last week, on May 27th. The remainder of the campaign had been working towards meeting its Stretch Goals, and they managed to meet their first three. The studio had included five possible goals: a Nintendo Switch port, additional creatures, a second possible ending, an Xbox port, and a PlayStation 4 port. However, while the Kickstarter campaign has ended, fans who still wish to support the game’s development can still do so by visiting the “Support Us” page on the game’s official website. So there is still a chance the team could meet their final two Stretch Goals.
The studio offers three post-versions of their pledge tiers: The Post Conjurer, The Post Digital Cultist, and the Post Oracle. Each tier includes special bonuses such as pre-orders of the game, copies of the soundtrack, digital artbooks and more. There is also the option to pledge any desired amount without the additional rewards.
Unbound: Worlds Apart is still currently expected to be released May of 2020 for the PC and Nintendo Switch.
