Ubisoft has announced that the next iteration of their online presentation, known as Ubisoft Forward, will officially commence next week on Thursday, September 10. The event will begin at 12:00 pm PST/3:00 pm EST and will include a pre-show an hour earlier, both of which will have reveals, and updates to existing IP’s. The announcement comes hot off of the news that one of their most anticipated IP’s, Immortals Fenyx Rising, which used to be known as Gods and Monsters, will be heavily featured on this show, as well as other surprises.

Other titles being hyped up for the event include Watch Dogs: Legion, Hyper Scape, Rainbow Six: Seige, Roller Champions, For Honor, and The Division 2. In addition, once the show is over, the company will have two deep dives for a couple of “unreleased titles exclusive to this edition of Ubisoft Forward.” On top of all that, Ubisoft will also be offering special in-game rewards for those viewing it live, even for titles that aren’t out yet.
Immortals Fenyx Rising is obviously the big one here, as the game’s name was originally leaked by the Taiwan Ratings Board when the game received a rating. Not long after that, the official twitter handle changed its name as well, making the new title official. At the same time, they also tweeted out that there will be a full reveal for Immortals Fenyx Rising, which is especially interesting since the game had already been revealed more than a year ago. This begs the question as to how much the game has been altered, and what can we expect to see now that this has been fully implemented?
Beyond what was already mentioned, we’re also more than likely going to see, and hear more information in regards to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, as well as Far Cry 6. Lastly, and hopefully, the company just might address Scott Pilgrim Vs The World The Game and make a surprise reveal at some point in the presentation. We’re not sure how the negotiations between Bryan Lee O’Malley and Ubisoft have been going, but we’re hoping that it’s been more than enough to get this amazing 8-bit title back on the market.
The Ubisoft Forward will officially commence next week on Thursday, September 10 with the Pre-Show at 11:00 am PST/2:00 pm EST and the main show at 12:00 pm PST/3:00 pm EST. You can watch it on the main website, their YouTube channel, and their Twitch channel.
