Publisher TinyBuild and developer LandFall Games has announced that the production on Clustertruck will be finished, as the game will release on September 27th. A simple game about staying alive by jumping between trailer trucks who have no regards for their own safety, Clustertruck will at least take one afternoon away from you. Here is the release trailer:
The game will feature more than 80 levels with 8 different worlds, with the addition of a level editor. The game will also ship with Steam Workshop support for when you wanted to see a line of trucks fall over the Wall from Game of Thrones. The game also has virtually no system requirements (2Ghz CPU, 2GB RAM, Windows 7, and a DX9.0c video card), so any computer will be able to pick up and play. In addition to the standard levels, the game will also feature an endless mode for those who wish to master truck jumping.
Currently, the game is available for pre-purchase on Steam at a discounted price. It is now 20% off until the game releases for a grand total of $12.00. TinyBuild has also announced another “special pre-purchase bonus” for this upcoming week.
LandFall Games has carved a niche out of the goofy indie games they have in development. In addition to Clustertruck, they have in production Totally Accurate Battle Simulator features noodle-armed soldiers doing battle, the “fast paced multiplayer dogfighting game” Air Brawl, and the party game Square Brawl. You can check out all of their games on their website.
