A new trailer has been released for an upcoming game titled Modulus. The trailer was an overview trailer, so viewers got to see how the game’s mechanics and features will be able to be implemented. Modulus has been given an official release date, which is October 22, 2025. The game, which is being developed by Happy Volcano and published by Astra Logical, is set to release on PC. There is no word as of now whether or not Modulus will be available on consoles such as the PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series X|S. This will not be the first game Happy Volcano has developed, as they have also released games such as The Almost Gone and You Suck At Parking. When it comes to the game itself, Modulus is described as a strategic, base building, sandbox style game. Going into more detail on the game, Astra Logical said:
Modulus is a creative factory automation game where you design not just the systems, but construct the very building blocks themselves.

At the beginning of the trailer, it is explained that the ultimate goal of the player is to create enough blocks to construct entire buildings. Also, for those who may not know much about building designs, the reason the game is called Modulus is because modular design is what will be used by players. The trailer also mentioned that the game will use voxel art. The sandbox nature of the game was also explored during the trailer, showing players being able to fill out an empty plot of land with dozens of buildings and factories. The only possible limitation to the sandbox nature of the game is that some buildings will need to meet certain requirements, though it was said that players can meet the requirements in a multitude of ways.
