A new trailer has been released for an upcoming game titled Lost Soul Aside. This was labelled as the official weapons trailer, so potential players got to see gameplay, along with what specifically can be used during combat sections. Those who watched the trailer and are looking forward to the game’s release will not need to wait very long, as it is set to come out later this month, on August 29, 2025. Lost Soul Aside was developed by Ultizero Games and published by PlayStation Publishing LLC. When it comes to the consoles it will be released, Lost Soul Aside appears to be a PlayStation exclusive. PC gamers will be able to play the game through Steam. Looking closer at the game itself, Lost Soul Aside is described as a single-player, third-person, action RPG. Going into more detail on the plot of Lost Soul Aside, PlayStation Publishing LLC said:

The first weapon showcased in the trailer was the sword, which is said to have ‘’split-second strikes.’’ The gameplay featured in the trailer for the sword certainly displayed this, with the player taking down enemies with very fast combinations. The next weapon shown was the greatsword, and this was described as a weapon with ‘’earth-shattering power.’’ You can tell by the gameplay that the weapon is both much larger and slower than the sword, but does more damage to enemies.
Next was the poleblade which looks to be a double-edged sword that can create storms to take on enemies with. The final weapon shown was the scythe which appears to have the best control and precision. The end of the trailer showcased the quickness in which players can swap weapons, with them being able to do it in the middle of a combat animation.
