A trailer has been released for an upcoming game titled Bleak Haven. It is gameplay trailer, so most, if not all of what is shown will be experienced by the players. The game is set to come out in 2025, though a specific date for the game’s release is yet to be revealed. Bleak Haven is being both developed and published by Hitori De Productions, and it will be released on PC. There is no announcement yet as to whether or not it will be released to consoles. Interestingly when it comes to the games developer, Hitori De Productions, they are not just an independent developer, but a solo one as well. As for the game itself, Bleak Haven is described as a first-person, story rich, survival horror, with a focus on the player’s building ability for in-game success. Going into more detail on the game, Hitori De Productions said:

Explore haunted ruins, abandoned villages, and face a cult preparing the world for a god no one should ever witness.

When it comes to the trailer, it certainly starts off with the feel of a horror game, showing a creepy atmosphere, mixed with gory gameplay of what appears to be some type of monster. Later on in the trailer we get to see what is likely the main character of the story engaging in a fight with skeletons. We can see in the fight sequence that gamers will be able to use guns and objects, such as an axe to take out enemies. Something unique featured in the gameplay is that gamers appear to be able to stab an enemy while still holding on to a gun with two hands. Reactions to this trailer on social media have been very positive, as anticipation builds for the game’s release.
