Professional skateboarder, Tony Hawk, released a teaser for his video game franchise Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater earlier this week. The teaser came in the form of an Instagram video that consisted of fellow professional skateboarder Rob Wootton acting out the “select your character” animations from previous Pro Skater games. The song in the video is actually a song used in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2. The link to the teaser video and Tony Hawk’s Instagram account can be found here.

The caption to the video, as seen above, references a leak from Tony’s caterer at a promotional event that was held for the game earlier this month. The leak is a picture of chef Joe Youkhan standing at the flat bottom of a massive half pipe. At the back of the photo is a screen that shows the working title “Tony Hawk 5”. The photo can be seen below.
Every gamer has a favorite video game from their childhood. For me, that was the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater franchise. There is not much information on the game currently, though it is staged for release on Xbox One and Playstation 4 later this year. With that being said, I’m sure I’m not the only one that is excited to see Activision release this game and see the Tony Hawk video games make a comeback.
