In celebration of the game’s 10th anniversary, CD Projekt Red announced The Witcher In Concert, an innovative blend of cutting-edge visuals and gameplay from The Witcher III: Wild Hunt alongside the game’s original soundtrack composed by Marcin Przybyłowicz. Przybyłowicz will join a skilled orchestra in select stops as a special guest as well as Polish folk metal band Percival, co-composers of the game’s soundtrack. Following the concert’s official kickoff at gamescom in Cologne, Germany on August 20, The Witcher in Concert will begin its US leg of the tour starting on September 2 before continuing the previously announced European tour dates. The concert will visit over 40 cities throughout the country.
“The response to the concert announcements has been nothing short of extraordinary. We’re grateful to see that even 10 years after the game’s original release, our community embraces its music and is ready to join Geralt on one more journey through the Continent,” says The Witcher III: Wild Hunt co-composer Marcin Przybyłowicz.
From May to October, the concert will visit Massachusetts, Texas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas, Indiana, Michigan, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Maryland, Ohio, Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, North Carolina, Kentucky, Calorado, Utah, Washington, California, and Arizona.
