The Winx Club: The Magic is Back Announced for 2026 Release

Maximum Entertainment, alongside developer Iron Frog, is releasing Winx Club: The Magic is Back in April 2026. Maximum Entertainment, known for their family-orientated games, brings the beloved cartoon to life with a new game filled with magic-based combat, different puzzle challenges, and a co-op mode to game with friends. Players will have a chance to play as all six members of the Winx Club with their own unique magical abilities.

On the official Steam page for Winx Club: The Magic is Back, it gives an overview on the key features to be expected in the game:

Engage in combat against fantasy creatures, where you’ll use each character’s unique magical abilities to bring peace to the lands. Upgrade spells to strengthen your fairies for even more fun.

With two-player local co-op, you and a friend can enjoy Winx Club together!”

The video game coincides with the October 2025 release of the show, Winx Club: The Magic is Back, a reboot of the original 2004 Winx Club series. Younger fans of the Winx Club series have a chance to experience the fairies in an interactive, action-packed way. “Whether you are a lifelong Winx fan or meeting the fairies for the first time, this heroic journey delivers fast-paced action, colorful worlds, right at the heart of what makes Winx Club a global phenomenon.”

Winx Club: The Magic is Back will be released on the PlayStation Store and on Steam.
