Publisher Activision Publishing, Inc. and Developer Zoe Mode have worked together to bring the NBC’s flagship, Emmy Award-winning music competition television show, The Voice. You will be able to experience the excitement, which has been made available on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Nintendo Wii/Wii U. You can get the game for $49.99 on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii U, while Nintendo Wii users will be able to get the game for $39.99. When buying the physical copy, you will get a microphone bundled with game, but if you plan on just getting the digital copy, you will need to provide your own USB microphone to play.
In The Voice, you will experience the same things when it comes to any singing video game, except you get to experience the excitement even more as if you are on the TV series itself, on stage in front of everyone. You will get to do “compelling solos, powerful duets and heart-pumping head-to-head Battle Rounds.” Not only is there excitement, but The Voice also captures the emotion and drama that the contestants experience all the way from the Blind Auditions to the Finale. Go alone on your own audition, or play multiplayer mode in order to battle rival singers and your friends in order to make the road to stardom. There is a party mode, where you will get to have friends over and you can just whip out The Voice, and up to 8 of you will just be able to enjoy the party as you battle it out with classics and modern hits from all genres, which includes some of the following:
- “Counting Stars”
- “Apologize”
- “Brave”
- “My Songs Know What you Did in the Dark”
- “You Won’t Find This”
- “Over You”
“While The Voice video game is designed to accommodate newcomers by rewarding passionate performances, its scoring system is sophisticated enough to let creative, exceptional singers shine. Players can even go in-depth to learn professional-level techniques and improve with simple, responsive feedback in Voice Coach Mode.”
