The Release Date for Fuga: Melodies of Steel 3 Officially Announced

CyberConnect2, the developer of the Fuga: Melodies of Steel series as well as Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Taiba – Sweep the Board!Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, and many more, has recently announced the release date of their latest for the concluding game in the series- Fuga: Melodies of Steel 3. The game is set to release on May 9th, 2025 according to the developer and the game will be released on Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. According to the Steam page, the planned release date for PC will be May 28th, 2025.

The trailer teases voice acting for the characters, the story that players can expect to see. Fuga: Melodies of Steel 3 is a tactical RPG game, and this will bring the story of Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 to its conclusion according to GameRant. Unlike the previous games, there will be a new Battle System that has gone through substantial changes. The description on the Steam page says, “Weakness combos allow you to exploit enemy weaknesses and deal escalating damage with every hit, and assist attacks allow erstwhile enemies and a legendary warrior from past games to join forces and turn the tide of battle!”

Also according to the Steam page, this is the story the game will tell: “Malt has vanished without a trace! The children are led by a mysterious voice into the forbidden cave, where they discover the Taranis—the powerful tank thought lost in the sea of clouds. Determined to save Malt, the children reboard the Taranis and set off on a daring mission to infiltrate the heart of the Berman Empire. However, the Crimson Knights stand in their way, strongest of the Berman!”

For new coming players who want to play this game, it is also not necessary to play the first two games to enjoy the newest game.
