Starting today, the North Atrium in Westfield London will be home to a Christmas tree that is made of over 800 Pokémon Center plushes. The tree, which stands at over 16 feet tall, will be available to view and photograph from November 23 to December 4.
Based on an artist’s impression of the tree that can be found on Pokémon’s website, the tree is made up of a wide range of Pokémon species, including Squirtle, Psyduck, Ditto, and Piplup. The tree is topped with an appropriately dressed Pikachu, adorned in a festive holiday sweater.

There is also a QR code to visit the Pokémon Center website, where all of the plushies are available to purchase, along with a series of other holiday-themed Pokémon such as Pawmi, Sprigatito, and a variety of different Pikachu.
The tree is paired with a giveaway of 12 giant Pikachu plushes. To enter, share a photo taken with the tree on Instagram, tag @PokemonNewsUK, and include the hashtag #pokemoncenteruk. If you can’t visit in person, you can follow the same steps with a picture of your favorite Pokémon plush in a winter scene for a chance to win, though delivery of the plushes is limited to UK addresses.
The Pokémon festivities in Europe are not limited to the tree, as the Pokémon Company recently announced that Poké Post Mailing Offices would be popping up in select cities in the UK, France, and Germany from now until December 19. At these stations, visitors will receive a Pokémon Trading Card Game, as well as a Pokémon Together promo card pair, one of which will be mailed to a friend. It also includes meet & greet and photo opportunities with Pikachu and Eevee. The list of upcoming locations and dates is below.
