Tonight at The Game Awards, everyone in the gaming community got the first look at Microsoft’s next-generation console Project Scarlett which is officially called the Xbox Series X. Phil Spencer came to the stage and talked about ushering in a new generation of Xbox gaming where dreams are built.
In addition to the Xbox Series X, Phil Spencer announced the next project from Ninja Theory, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II. The trailer that was shown was from footage directly taken from the Xbox Series X. Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, the first game came out in 2018 and followed Senua who was on a quest to save the soul of her dead lover. One of the main draws to Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice was the inclusion and implementation of mental illness.
