Following its initial reveal at The Game Awards two years ago, at this year’s show, Ninja Theory has revealed the first look gameplay for Senua’s Sacrifice: Hellblade II. The game is set in ninth-century Iceland and follows the events of the first game. In the sequel, it looks like Senua is the leader of a group of travelers as they make their way through Iceland.
The gameplay features Senua as she leads a group of warriors against a giant deep inside its cave. They force the giant out of the cave as they work to kill the creature before it can retaliate. Towards the end, Senua realizes that the giant recognizes her and that’s when the gameplay trailer ended.
