We got our first look at The First Berserker Khazan from developer Nexon just now at the Game Awards and it looks incredibly stunning. Its combat looks incredibly smooth with a mix of cartoon 3d art. The game trailer is apperently all in engine which is even more impressive. There is no release date as of now but it looks like the title could very much release sometime next year. The title is confirmed to be releasing on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
This is a single player experience set in the DNF universe and is confirmed to be an RPG and combat will be at the forefront in order to survive. You must master your combat skills, upgrade character skills and combine weapons and armor. The story follows General Khazan after the successful defense of the Pell Los Empire and defeat of the Berserk Dragon and its dragon legion. Khazan is falsely accused of treason and is exiled and you the player will take on Khazan’s thirst for vengeance and grant it for him. The goal of the game will be to reclaim everything Khazan has lost such as his honor and glory. Take on fear inducing bosses, and their armies as you acquire powerful items such as gear and weapons and prepare to unleash the stylish and brutal combos the DNF series is known for.
