It looks like we’re in for another special Borderlands collection from Gearbox. Initially spotted by Gematsu, the South Africa’s Film and Publication Board has rated what is called The Borderlands Compilation: Pandora’s Box. The rating has an age recommendation for the age of 18 and older and has been listed for PC and multiple home consoles. Neither Gearbox, nor their parent company Embracer Group have made any official comment, but the rating itself more or less confirms that another complete collection of the Borderlands series is on its way.

As noted in the rating post, which was also shown by Gematsu, The Borderlands Compilation: Pandora’s Box was given an initial rating by the South African Board earlier this year on April 21. No other information was noted from the rating list, but as we stated earlier, this is more than likely a more definitive collection of the Borderlands series as a whole. This includes the first Borderlands, Borderlands 2, Borderlands The Pre-Sequel, and Borderlands 3. It’s also entirely possible that Gearbox will also throw in the Telltale spin-off titles Tales From the Borderlands, its sequel New Tales From the Borderlands, and the other spin-off entry Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.
In addition, the South African Rating Board also listed other titles that have yet to be fully revealed or officially announced. This includes the yet-to-be unveiled Lego 2K Goooal, and Baten Kaitos I & II HD Remaster. The latter was already revealed during the February 2023 Nintendo Direct for the Nintendo Switch. However, this new rating included PC as an additional system for the collection, something that was not noted during the Direct. Hopefully Gearbox officially unveils this collection very soon.
