Telltale Unveils New Trailer for The Walking Dead: A New Frontier Episode 4

Yesterday (April 19), Telltale Games announced that the next episode of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier will be out next Tuesday, April 25th. Today, they gave us the official trailer for the episode, which they shared via social media. Watch it below.

The rest of this article contains SPOILERS for the first three episodes of A New Frontier as well as The Walking Dead: Season Two.

From the looks of it, there will be three main plot points covered in this episode. One will be the ongoing fight between Javier’s group and The New Frontier. This will include the possible execution of Javier’s brother, David, though, given the nature of Telltale’s games, this may be avoidable if the player makes the right decisions. Another plot point will be Clementine’s side story that will involve her figuring out what happened to AJ and trying to get him back. Lastly, it looks like there’s going to be some major zombie trouble, possibly a horde overtaking The New Frontier, giving our protagonists yet another thing to worry about.

The fourth episode is scheduled to be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Android and iOS on April 25th, however, mobile devices may see a slightly later release date. Episode three of the series was planned to release on all platforms on March 28th, but due to unspecified complications, the episode wasn’t available on iOS and Android devices until the 30th. Additionally, the first episode of Telltale’s Guardians of the Galaxy ran into similar issues earlier this week, with the Android release being delayed by day after the release on other platforms. The fourth episode of A New Frontier is set to be released on the 25th on all platforms, but if it sees the same issues as other recent Telltale entries, mobile users may have to wait a day or two later.
