Earlier today, Bandai Namco released an app called Tap My Katamari. This game is a spinoff of Katamari Damacy, and is a clicker game unlike any other. It features some wacky gameplay of a small rolling ball that grows bigger and bigger like a snow ball and includes some wacky characters from the Karamari world. And as you are tapping away you get to listen to some relaxing music that could help keep your taps in a certain beat.
With TAP MY KATAMARI, we wanted to give the players a whole new way to play Katamari on mobile & tablets. We took Katamari’s DNA and created a unique spin-off turning the original action game into an incredible idle game. All the ingredients are there, only the recipe is different: enjoy a new flavor to the craziest and quirkiest universe around!

We really feel like idle games and snowball simulators are a perfect match. Both have the spirit of starting off really really small and, with a bit of care here and there, explode to ridiculousness. If you enjoy tapping games this is the game for you, and if you are unsure if you want to play it just give it a try since it is a free app so could never hurt to try it out. You could either find the game of a lifetime in it or just simply delete it.
