Steam has announced the next iteration of Steam Next Fest, a week-long celebration of all games from AAA blockbusters to hidden indie gems. According to the official Steam page for Next Fest, the event will run from February 5-12, 2024 starting at 10:00 AM Pacific. To be reminded when the event officially kicks off, Steam has the option to be signed up for a reminder on the 5th.
During Next Fest, gamers will be able to enjoy various celebrations of gaming. These features include being able to, according to Steam,
Explore and play hundreds of demos, choose from dozens of livestreams to watch, and chat with developers about their games.
Previous iterations of the event have been successful, with the previous Next Fest running in October 2023. The February 2024 Steam Next Fest will also likely feature free demos for hundreds of anticipated and yet-unannounced games, with various developers excitedly announcing their featured games. Next Fest will feature games of all genres, from the cozy frog collector Kamaeru to action RPG Deathbound, both of which have been confirmed to have playable demos during Steam Next Fest.
