Spend Your Valentine’s Day Playing Crimson Days.

Love, and bullets, are definitely in the air.

This Valentine’s, open up that bottle of red wine, dim the lights, and download some Destiny DLC with your sweetheart.

What DLC? Crimson Days.
For those unaware, Bungie has recently released a detailed announcement on their February event, Crimson Days. Taking place from Feb 9th until Feb 16th, the online first person shooter will feature lots of loot, PvP, as well as some good old fashioned fan service.

The event will be a welcomed breath of fresh air, as many fans have been demanding fresher content from Bungie for some time. Thankfully, it appears Bungie is responding in the mindset that actions speak louder than words. In Crimsons Days, we can expect many incentives to continue playing.

The event is said to be a “small, fun PvP activity” that captures the essence of roses and romances in the din of candle lit dinners. It will include such fun, holiday themed things such as Love Loot, which is offered when players complete Lord Shaxx’s “Crimson Bonds.”

Plays can also take a friend or loved one on a date with Destiny in Crimson Doubles, where pairs can form a fearsome Firestorm and “confront all challengers in an all new 2v2 Elimination Mode.” Teams must secure five consecutive victories to win their prize, however. So make sure you hone up on your skills!

Also there is no matchmaking during this event, so it’s up to individuals to fill their own dancing card. Don’t be shy!

Destiny and all its DLC can be played on the PS3 and 4, as well as both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
