After spending some time in a closed beta, Space Punks has announced that the open beta will be launching on April 20. The game originally began as a closed beta while the developers, Flying Wild Hog, have made in-game changes for the players. The game will be available to play on the Epic Games Store for all major consoles.

Flying Wild Hog, the developer for the game, has become well known because of their past games. Flying Wild Hog helped to develop popular games such as the Shadow Warrior series, along with Trek to Yomi and Evil West. Flying Wild Hog says that they will combine melee combat, ranged combat and movement from their previous games in their development of Space Punks. 

The game will be a co-op RPG game in which players can hunt for treasures. Space Punks will allow players to team up with other players to hunt for these treasures using a variety of different weapons. In addition to these features, the game developers will be adding more game modes and missions to keep the game interesting.

New gameplay will be added to the game in order to maintain consistent growth. As a live-service game, Space Punks will consistently be updated to include new planets, features, enemies and missions to promote growth and keep fans interested.
