

It was recently announced by developer and publisher SEGA that Sonic Rumble will be releasing on May 8th of this year through a release date trailer that was posted yesterday. Sonic Rumble will be available to play on PC through Steam, as well as on mobile through the iOS Apple Store and for Android on Google Play and also Google Play Games on PC. Players who are interested can pre-register for the game before its official release.
The trailer shows a lot of the gameplay footage with characters like Sonic himself as well as Shadow too. There were also bosses that were shown in the trailer that players will have to combat against. Controlling a character of their choice in the Sonic series, players will enter a toy world that was created Dr. Eggman and they will make their way though obstacles and other arenas.
Players will be able to play with friends and family and according to the official Steam page, Sonic Rumble is the first multiplayer party game in the Sonic series, and the game can fit up to 32 players to see who is the world’s top Rumbler. Players can also create squads that hold up to 4 players with their friends or family to take on other rival squads around the world.
There will be a variety of stages for players to experience with different themes and different ways to play the game. There will be different gameplay styles to experience such as Run, where players will race against each other, Ring Battle, where players will compete to collect the most rings, Survival, where players compete to survive through matches, and more.
Players can choose to play their favorite character from the Sonic series like Sonic, Amy, Tails, or Dr. Eggman. Players will also be able to customize the characters with different skins, animations, and effects.
