Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time Trailer Released with A Confirmed Release Date

Adult Swim and Soleil Games have recently shared the release date for the game, Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time with a new trailer. Fans will be excited to see that the video game adaptation of the animated series where it will take inside the world of Samurai Jack. Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time is an adventure hack and slash game that is based on the popular animated series that follows the eponymous protagonist as he travels through different timelines on the way to battle his nemesis and the evilest bean Aku. The trailer shows Jack fighting through enemies while using a diverse range of weapons including a katana, mace, bow, and even surprisingly a gun.

On the official Adult Swim website, they stated that “An untold Samurai adventure that ties into the epic series finale. Team up with trusted allies from the show to face off against familiar enemies. Visit classic worlds and moments from your favorite episodes. Travel to a dark future to mankind. Dive into the past to face off against terrifying monsters. Seek your fate as you travel across space and time. Equip and master over a dozen different weapons in combat. Increase your power even more by training and unlocking new skills to support your playstyle.”

They continued on to say, “Become Samurai Jack, the greatest warrior of the past, present, and future. Journey through time to finally stop Aku’s evil reign in this new adventure told by the creators of Samurai Jack. Encounter your favorite characters from the show including The Scotsman, Scatamouche, Sir Rothchild, and more.”

Fans will be excited to see how their favorite hero, Samurai Jack, ends his long-awaited journey and how fans will be able to defeat Aku on what it seems like it’s been a long time coming. Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time game will be out August 21 which will be available only on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Steam.
