Rockstar publisher Take-Two Interactive has registered new trademarks for Agent, a stealth game set during the Cold War in the 1970s. Agent was announced as a PS3 exclusive in 2009, though little news has come out about the game since.

Could this be proof that Agent hasn’t been terminated yet? Evidence points to a big fat “maybe”. Take-Two confirmed that Agent was still in development circa mid-2011, and other than that everything has been very hush hush.
