Resident Evil 5 is no ready to be digitally downloaded on Xbox One and PS4 today. Along with the game itself it will include all of the DLC, both of the side adventures, Mercenaries content, and a new difficulty level.
The two adventures focus on the gaps in Resident Evil 5’s story and feature Jill Valentine as the lead for both. Lost in Nightmares shows Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield in the Spencer Estate and is a prologue to the events in the main game itself. Desperate Escape, focuses on the team-up of Jill Valentine and BSAA operative Josh Stone, as they try to escape horrors and survive.
As previously mentioned the other DLC, The Mercenaries United gives all of the characters, alternate outfits, and weapon classes together and grants players them immediately. Along with all of that, No Mercy mode is a new difficulty for the story mode that features even larger numbers of enemies, greater damage and less healing opportunities.
For many Resident Evil 5 was a very solid sequel to the immensely popular Resident Evil 4 and are very excited to get their hands on it once again with buffed graphics and polished gameplay mechanics. With all of the DLC included RE 5 is a steal and a half, if you love survival horror, this is the game for you.
If you want to get a disc copy of Resident Evil 5, you’ll have to wait until July 12 when it is released. For now only the digital is available.
