Rockstar Games revealed the second official trailer for Red Dead Redemption II this morning, teasing some of the game’s story, combat, characters and showing off many intense moments. There is still no release date, but we do get to meet our new protagonist, Arthur Morgan, and his Van Der Linde gang.

According to the trailer’s description, Morgan and his gang “rob, fight and steal their way across the vast and rugged heart of America in order to survive.” This confirms that this is a prequel since we took care of the Van Der Linde gang in Red Dead Redemption I.
While this trailer is pretty heavy on the cutscenes, it’s packed with gorgeous environments, impressive facial animations, beautiful lighting and certainly does a good job at keeping us hyped for next Spring.
