Pre-Registration is Now Open For The New Mobile Game LOTR: Rise to War

Tolkien fans better get excited because the pre-registration for the new action strategy mobile game, LOTR: Rise to War, has begun in Europe, the Americas, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. Those who pre-register now will receive a special gift pack post-release date that consists of various treasures and rewards as well as a special portrait of Bilbo Baggins.

LOTR: Rise to War is an action strategy game based on the fantasy Trilogy by J.R.R Tolkien and the OSCAR award-winning movies that came after. The gameplay challenges players to capture the territory of their opponents and gain enough control to win possession of the One Ring. In order to immerse players completely in the Third Age of Middle-earth, battles will take place in iconic locations from Arda and involve familiar characters such as Aragon and Elrond.

In this warfare simulation, players can choose which side they would like to fight for by supporting either the Warbands or the Fellowship. Once this has been established, players are able to form alliances with like-minded individuals in order to increase the strength of their offensive and defensive attacks. Stronger, more fortified settlements will take more power to defeat and will likewise be able to produce stronger attacks. Likewise, well-built, more diverse armies will hold more power over smaller, less developed armies. Each style of terrain will be divided up into tiles that can be conquered through victory and lost during defeat. A player’s power grows with each tile of territory they gain.

Game developers NetEase Games and WB Games have created LOTR: Rise to War with immersive scenes and an inspiring story to become invested in. The official launch has been announced for September 23ed, 2021 and will be available to play on the Apple Store, Google Play, and the Galaxy Store.
