Outriders E3 Reveal Teased By Square Enix

A couple months ago, Square Enix announces that they will again be holding a press conference for E3 2019. Ever since then the company has been slowly but surely teasing their upcoming projects in order to get fans excited and bring attention to what they’ve been working on.

So far the titles pretty much confirmed to be making an appearance during their E3 briefing are the long awaited Final Fantasy VII Remake and Marvel’s Avengers (formally known as the Avenger Project). We’ve received trailers and tidbits of information about a few of the titles, but it seems as Square Enix isn’t quite done setting the table for what they have to show next week. Earlier on Twitter, Square Enix released a very short and cryptic teaser trailer for a brand new title called Outriders.

Very little is known about the game as the only other mentioning of it was when Square Enix trademarked the title last year in May. The short trailer doesn’t give any clues as to what this title might entail either. It briefly shows a person in a cryogenically frozen state that’s being woken up. After a few ominous seconds, the screen cuts to black and shows off the game’s logo with the date of Square Enix’s press conference in the foreground. The mysterious trailer has got fans wondering just exactly what kind of title this may be, but thankfully we don’t have much a wait to find out.

This close to the big event leaks and such are much more likely than ever. There has even been a leak of information on some of Marvel’s Avengers gameplay recently so it is possible we can hear more about the title within the coming days. But we can expect Square Enix to be as tight lipped as possible on the new title until their official press conference takes place on June 10 at 6 PM PT / 9 PM ET.
