Odin: Valhalla Rising Teaser Trailer Released

On March 11th, developer Lionheart Studio and publisher Kakao Games have released a new teaser trailer on their English channel for an upcoming game called Odin: Valhalla Rising, which will now have a global release. The game will be released for free on mobile devices such as iOS in the AppStore and Android, and on PC according to the official website. There has not been an exact release date as of yet, but there will be pre-registration open starting on April 3rd of this year. According to BleedingCool, they plan on launching Odin: Valhalla Rising in the second quarter of this year.

The teaser trailer shows the vast open world that Odin: Valhalla Rising has to offer, its characters, and its monsters that lure about the land. The trailer also shows some of the gameplay of exploring the many lands in the game by either riding various animals as well as climbing mountains.

According to the official website says, “Odin: Valhalla Rising is an open-world MMORPG game that adapts the worldview and history of Nordic mythology. Created with Unreal Engine 4 for PC and Mobile, the game will focus on the epic battles in Valhalla, the majestic and huge hall ruled by the god Odin.” The official website from Kakao Games goes into more detail about the story, the birth of the monsters that lure about, and the battles between the gods and the monsters.

Some of the Norse realms that players will be able to explore consist of Midgard, Jotunheim, Nidavellir, and Alfheim- there will be more lands to come once the game fully launches. Along with that, players will be able to choose from a variety of classes like Warrior, Sorceress, Priest, or Rogue, and all of these roles will come with their own unique abilities and skills for the players to use through their journey. Roles will not matter when players can ride mounts across the land and across the skies.
