Hello Games has just released their latest update to No Man’s Sky, the Voyagers Update, adding highly awaited features to the now beloved game. Following the initial struggle the game faced upon its release and its following redemption in the eyes of players, No Man’s Sky has released constant updates to add to and improve the game in a variety of ways. This time, the focus is on the ship that players use to traverse the space between worlds and the crew that can be found in that ship.
Since its launch, one of the elements most fans lamented not being in the game was the ability to traverse the interior of their ship. In the new update, not only are players able to explore their ship, but they are also able to customize it with new ship modules. Players are now able to access a Corvette Workshop in Space Stations that allows them to construct their ship in a three-dimensional environment. The new ships are made readily available in the Corvette Expedition, which promises to be story adventure centered around the development of the new vessel. Planets have also been updated to allow salvage to be found that can be turned into ship modules. The ability to traverse inside the ships also opens the door to allow players to exit the ship and drift in space.
Another new feature in the update is the ability to transport friends and crew during journeys between the stars. This allows players to complete multiplayer quests as crew aboard the same ship. As usual, the new features also come with quality-of-life and visual updates such as console control rebinding and improved rendering, along with numerous bug fixes.
Hello Games has proven that they have a passion for improving No Man’s Sky again and again, transforming the game into a very content-rich experience. The Voyagers Update is now available to play for the whole community.
