A new Nintendo Direct and Indie World Showcase is heading fans very soon. Nintendo announced the two new live streamed events were announced Monday morning on Twitter/X. The announcement was widely applauded by fans, have eagerly speculated when the next Nintendo Direct event would be revealed.
The two upcoming presentations will be streamed back-to-back on Tuesday August 27 at 7 AM PT/10 AM EST. Altogether, the presentation will last 40 minutes. Nintendo fans can watch the upcoming streams on the company’s official YouTube channels.
Speculation on the reveals in the upcoming Direct were immediate. While no one is for certain, some of the popular guesses include games like the long awaited Hollow Knight sequel Hollow Knight: Silk song.
Additionally, those that were expecting to see news on the Nintendo Switch sequel will be disappointed. For any official news on the Nintendo Switch 2, fans will have to wait until next year.
