Following some leaks prior to today’s live stream, much was revealed about the upcoming Call of Duty game. For starters, the game will indeed be released on November 3rd for Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC.
They didn’t just have a live stream and talk about the game, there was also an inclusion of a world premier trailer for the game that can be seen below. The game will indeed be set during one of the worst times in the history of the world, WWII. The game will focus on following the 1st Infantry Division for the US army as they traverse through a war torn Europe. Certain missions will include the D-day assault on Normandy and the Battle of the Bulge.
As for multiplayer, the newest edition of Call of Duty will offer players a headquarters that will allow them to socialize outside of the general matchmaking lobbies. Not too much information was given about multiplayer, only that more details would be revealed during this years E3 later on in June.
Single player will have Transformers Josh Duhmal who will voice one of the characters, more specifically as 34 year old Technical Sergeant William Pierson. Players will find themselves playing as Private Daniels for most of the campaign, however, like many games nowadays, there will be a mission that has players fighting as a woman in the French resistance.
