With over a month and a half left before the release of the next entry in the Uncharted series, Sony decided to release another trailer for the upcoming game.
Titled Heads or Tails, it shows Nathan Drake sitting in a burning building, treasure in hand, as he thinks about the life he’s given up in its pursuit. From there it cuts to glimpses of Nate leading a normal life-paying bills, being in a relationship-before cutting back to craziness we expect from a Nathan Drake adventure. Except Nate goes through the events not with the impish, Nathan Fillion-esque quipping that we expect from him, but with a resigned sigh.
You really get a sense of how tired Drake is with the affair, but that has been the theme of everything we’ve seen so far, and with talks of this being the last Uncharted game, I guess Naughty Dog didn’t title the game A Thief’s End for the fun of it.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will be out for PS4 on May 10th. In other news, Sony’s last trailer for Uncharted 4 featured some borrowed art from Assassin’s Creed.
