Earlier today, the upcoming Nier spin-off game Nier Reincarnation for mobile devices received a new trailer and pre-registration for the English version of the game. The mobile game was announced last year along with NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… and was developed by Square Enix and Applibot. It was previously released in February in Japan and is now available for pre-registration on the App Store and Google Play for Western audiences. For those with Android devices, if they pre-register, there is also a possibility that players could receive an invitation for a spot in the early access closed beta.
Preregistration is now open!

Nier Reincarnation takes place within the Nier universe in dungeon-like cages where players find themselves lost with no memories. They play as a young girl who with the help of spirit-like beings guides her through her journey to overcome the Dark Monster and regain her memories. Similar to its predecessors, Nier Reincarnation will continue with its melancholy tones and artful story writing, but the developers are hopeful that as the other Nier titles the new mobile game will be enjoyable for all players both new and old. The game will be free to play with the gacha mechanic in the game for players to use. Players will earn gems and use spend them as they progress in the game. The game’s music director also composed original music for the game featuring different music styles that still match the Nier universe themes.
While the game does not have a release date yet, the developers are still working on making the English version of the game a unique experience for players. For more information about pre-registration, check out the official website.
