As players hover from a levitating cart, they will travel across the Lental Region seeing amazing sights of pokémon in their natural environment. Your goal is to help Professor Mirror and her assistants Rita and Phil photograph and research to complete the Photodex. Players will have over 200 pokémon to log into their Photodex.
To get unique pictures of these Pokémon, players will have special tools to give good or to play a song that pokémon luring them out of hiding or getting them to dance along with the music. There will also be special Illumina Orbs that allow players to see them glow at night illuminating their pictures. These orbs can also alter pokémon behaviors as well depending on the pokémon they make up from a well-deserved nap or cheer up pokémon that are having a bad day.
After trainers show the Professor their pictures of their pokémon, they will then be able to add filters, add frames, change sharpness or blur, and more to their favorite pictures in the Re-Snap feature. They will be stored in the player’s personal photo album. In addition to these fun alterations, pictures can also be shared online with other players to view and like.
