New Minecraft Legends Gameplay Trailer Shows Fight Against The Nether

Minecraft is a sandbox game that has been around since 2009. It has various editions and installments as well as mods created by members of the community. This game lets players build cities, farms, and anything their imaginative minds have conjured up. And this year, a new upcoming game will tell the tale of Minecraft from a new direction.  Mojang Studios and Blackbird Interactive have revealed a gameplay trailer for the new upcoming spinoff  Minecraft installment, Minecraft Legends.

The trailer for Minecraft Legends  takes players to the revisited overworld with upgraded and polished graphics.  There are different biomes to explore ranging from the sea, the heat and sand filled desert, the wilderness of the jungle, the cold and wind from the tundra as well as the mixture of other biomes to create a diverse and unique designed landscape. Across these lands, a darkness is spreading. The Piglins have crossed over from the Nether to spread havoc across these lands. Villages are attacked and villagers desperately cry out for help. It is up to the player to take the fight to the Nether.

In Minecraft Legends, players will go around the overworld to recruit mobs and rally forces together to travel to the Nether and attack. Players will even be able to recruit old foes to turn the tables against the Piglins. Aside from recruiting, players will also use the block building command to creature structures that will help to strategize against foes. Players will be able to build fortress and battle towers to have an advantage. There will also be an online feature where players can either join forces together or take their battle forces and  play against one another in player vs player. Minecraft Legends is available for preorder and will be released on all modern platforms April 18, 20203.
