Dishonored creators, Bethesda, announced earlier today that the Dishonored franchise will be growing in a new way. Dishonored will be receiving its own graphic novel series via Titan Comics. The publisher is set to produce two mini series of comics that will explain the events after the original Dishonored and leading up to Dishonored 2.
The community has also received a date as to when the comic is to be released. The first issue will arrive on comic stands by August 3. Bethesda also announced that there will be issues in September and October. Buyers may also buy the whole collection starting on November 29 when they release the complete set.
The comic will be depicting the events that show the game’s main character Corvo and his search for an apprentice. The comics look to bridge the gap from the original to the sequel in a fun way that allows the fan to engage have another outlet for the franchise. The community is excited to have dishonored come to all platforms this year, and it seems that their newest printed platform will have immense success. Dishonored 2 is set to launch November 11, 2016 and will look to build on the sleeper success of the first as well as the hype from the graphic novels.
