Rockstar has released new information on the Dutch Van Der Linde Gang. They released new character art and information about the many characters you’ll interact with in Red Dead Redemption II. Each member came with a photo, a quote, and a little rundown detailing who each character is and how he or she is a part of the Van Der Linde Gang.
For instance, the protagonist Arthur Morgan is Dutch’s most dependable and capable enforcer since he was a boy, as the outlaw life is all Arthur has ever known. Sharp, cool-headed, and ruthless, but with his own sense of honor, he is a man who gets the job done. Another member, John Marston, was once an orphaned street kid taken under Dutch’s wing at the age of twelve; hehas always had to live by his wits. Shrewd, fearless, and strong-willed, he and Arthur are Dutch’s proudest protégés.
Last month, Rockstar Games released the first gameplay trailer giving everybody a sneak peak on what’s new and different in the sequel. Alongside many features, one of the most notable is the camp. Throughout the story, the Dutch Van Der Linde Gang will have to make camp and you’ll have the opportunity to interact with the other members of the gang, partaking in activities and side missions.
While Rockstar was releasing these new pictures, many were wondering if it was all leading up to the next trailer in Red Dead Redemption II’s gameplay series. During the end of the official gameplay video, Rockstar Games said that their next video would focus on missions, activities, enemy gangs, other things to do, and much more, including a look at the revamped dead-eye system. Depending on how many videos they do, one could also focus on how they are doing multiplayer in Red Dead Redemption II. Will it be an evolution of GTA Online or will it be something else?
